When crushing hard materials, the angle of the blade should be large, usually it needs to be adjusted in the range of 55° to 65°. Such a blade will better crush the hard plastic, and at the same time, it can effectively prevent the blade angle from being too sharp. This will cause the cutter head to be chipped or even torn.

For the crushing of soft materials, the angle of the cutter head of the plastic crusher can be appropriately reduced. Usually, it can be controlled in the range of 45° to 65°, which is more convenient for cutting, and can also break the plastic more broken.

The angle of the cutter head of the plastic crusher will directly affect the production efficiency of the machine itself and the problem of hotness. The adjustment of the angle will make the plastic crusher more energy-saving, and the tool will last longer.
